The Donor Area
Hair follicles outside of your balding area are genetically coded to last a lifetime. Most men have an over-abundance of hair in these areas that can be successfully transplanted. It is this hair that is relocated or transplanted. And, because it’s your hair, it grows naturally, and will continue to grow for the rest of your life.
Single Hair Grafts
Hair follicles naturally produce 2,3,4 and even in some cases 5 hair follicles. It is the single Hair Grafts, that are essential to creating a soft frontal hairline with a natural transition from light to dense hair. Although they are difficult and tedious to work with because of their size they are the important element that rivals the artistry of Mother Nature. These are also used to restore the nature look in the temporal points, central crown, eyebrows, eyelashes and facial hair.
Follicular Unit
Hair A small naturally occuring grouping that contains three or four hairs. This graft is used to go behind the Single Hair Grafts and create a much thicker, fuller and natural appearance. The Scalp Reduction
This initial technology, of removing crown balding, is currently only used as an adjunct in injury reconstruction and updating old transplant technology. Dr Puig has extensive experience with this procedure and can utilize it on donor challenged patients.

Copper is an element essential to a number of physiologic processes in the human body, yet has not enjoyed the same degree of consumer understanding as iron and zinc. The presence of copper in living tissues has been known for more than 200 years. Early medicinal applications of copper typically involved treatment of painful joints and muscles using copper bracelets, or copper-containing ointments. In the 1970′s, scientists isolated a sequence of amino acids (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine; GHK) in human serum that bound copper, and used that initial piece of information to build a peptide copper-based technology with implications in anti-aging and tissue repair processes.

Treatment Objectives
